In practical tests, the suction cups achieve instant adsorption and release, leaving no scratches or marks throughout the gripping, transferring, and releasing process. This perfectly solves quality protection challenges in precision glass processing, especially for furniture glass, curtain wall glass, and other applications with strict appearance requirements.

Upgraded safety systems further demonstrate technical strength. The glass adsorption fixture features intelligent vacuum detection. Built-in sensors monitor suction cup vacuum levels in real time. Upon detecting leakage or insufficient pressure, the system immediately triggers audible and visual alarms and activates emergency braking. Integrated with a vacuum accumulator, it maintains load holding for hours even during sudden power outages, physically eliminating the risk of glass falls.
